KETO SUPER BOWL SNACKS

It’s that time of the year again… Super Bowl!!! I absolutely LOVE entertaining and hosting parties, and I pretty much will use any excuse to throw a party, but Super Bowl is definitely one of my more favorite parties!! 1. I love watching football, it just brings everyone together, and 2. The FOOD!!! You have to admit, football food is seriously some of the best cuisine! From the wings, to the nachos, to all the DIPS, to the multiple chip flavors, to all the fun cocktails from White Claw all the way to Chandon! Seriously… what could be better?? OK… well before I fall off the wagon, let me get back to the point here! I’ve picked up a new healthier lifestyle this year, so this Super Bowl is definitely going to look a little different! I don’t want my guests to feel deprived, so I’ve been researching for weeks for some of the top rated Keto Super Bowl recipes! Y’all I found the BEST most tastiest recipe EVER!! KETO CHEESY SAUSAGE DIP!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of Italian sausage 

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 2 medium jalapeños, finely minced

  • 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 8 ounces extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese 

Instructions

  1. Cook Italian sausage in skillet.

  2. Add in tomatoes & jalapeños.

  3. Take skillet off heat, and add cream cheese and shredded cheese and stir. Cover and simmer on low for 5 -6 min. Tip: break cream cheese in cubes before adding to skillet.

  4. Uncover and stir!

    *You can serve with low carb crackers or for Keto serve with your favorite pork rinds!

Ya’ll… I’m telling you.. this is literally one of the easiest recipes I’ve ever made! The fact that it is SO yummy AND healthy makes it even that much better! As you can see above, you basically just put everything in the skillet, melt it and voila!
