Mrs. All Pink Everything Blog Launch Party! Woo Hoo!
Can you even believe that Mrs. All Pink Everything just had its very first event?!?!?? Our blog launch party!!! Let me just start by saying this party was a full-on success (in my “humble” opinion!!) Camille and I have been diligently working on getting Mrs. All Pink Everything up and going for quite some time now. Our idea to create a blog started off kind of casual, but not really (if that makes any sense). We would have these AMAZING brainstorming sessions, and countless conversations about how we wanted the blog to represent both of us. We discussed every single detail from what kind of topics we wanted to cover, who our target audience would be, and the design and feel of our site... I mean basically everything.
After a while the conversations turned from just “talking” to actually “doing”. We began putting together a real plan and started executing it, and tadaaaa… we finally launched our blog!! Mrs. All Pink Everything!
In the midst of working hard on the blog, I decided I wanted to kick of the holiday season with a Cookie Exchange Party. The plan was for everyone to bake their favorite cookie (from scratch) and then we would do a taste test. We would select a winner based on decoration and taste, and basically just drink wine, and then drink more wine. Easy enough, right? Well after a few weeks of planning the party (and still working on the blog), we decided why not along with eating cookies and drinking wine, take a few moments and share our new blog with all of our friends. This turned out to be such a great idea because it gave us a hard deadline and forced us to work out all the kinks on our site and work diligently to make sure everything was 100% perfect to make a grand announcement at the beginning of the month!
Fast forward to the party... it was amazing! We served mini sliders, chips and salsa, guacamole, cheese and crackers, PINK sprinkled donuts, and of course CHAMPAGNE!! Side note: this is literally going to be my go to champagne for the holidays! The cocktail of the evening was Strawberry Puréed Champagne, and let me just tell you, it was a MF BANGER!!! I couldn’t pour these quick enough for our guests!! But back to what I was saying…all the ladies enjoyed sharing recipes and getting to learn more about our blog. We got a few subtle decorations and set out to have a nice, grown up (ha), mature, and respectable evening with our closest friends.
Just kidding.
There was nothing subtle about these decorations. They were SO ADORBS!!! Check out this Mrs. All Pink Everything balloon banner that literally took us more than half an afternoon to pull together!!
Anywho…. As I said before… the party was a complete success. What’s my definition of a successful party? Well, it’s only just all of the people we love, co-mingling, laughing, talking shit, dealing with all of my loud mouth, short girl-complex loud talking antics (see me: standing literally on my custom made step stool that I have to use to even function in my kitchen, for basically the majority of the party), and loving literally every piece of what makes the most cliché party the best one you’ve ever been to!

I literally can’t even put into words how much fun we had!! We are beyond excited about sharing our world with you, and we just hope you enjoy receiving it as much as we love giving it!! After all, this is the season of giving, right?
